The London Marathon is such a fantastic event, this year being held on the 23rd April. We are very lucky to have found 7 dedicated runners to take part on behalf of Snowdrop.
These runners have already opened their JustGiving page where you can donate and read their full story.
Rosie Taylor - "Running the London Marathon has always been on my bucket list and last year I had a sudden 'it's now or never' feeling and put my name in a hat with The Snowdrop Trust for a charity place."
Claire Copeland - "I am delighted to be allocated a space in the London Marathon. I shall be running 26.3 miles (at a very steady pace!) on Sunday 23rd April for The Snowdrop Trust. This is a massive challenge for me having only run 10k up until last year!"
Alex Tonks - "Running is something I've always enjoyed and I believe this is the best way to push myself whilst raising money for a great cause. I have never done anything like this before and I'm relishing the challenge."
Ray Maynard - "I am historically not a runner, I have never even done a 10k! I am working so hard to train for this run as it is so important to me as both a father and a resident of Chichester, wish me luck!"
Gary Timms "I'm a Snowdrop Dad, and I love running. So it's a fantastic opportunity to run the London Marathon for the Snowdrop Trust and thank them all for the support they've given to our family since our daughters were born two years ago.
We will update you as the following runners stories come in.
