Snowdrop Charity Walk 2016

The Snowdrop Charity Walk held on Sunday 15th turned out to be a fantastic day with nearly 750 people who attended. We spent most of yesterday counting the proceeds from the Walk and are very pleased to let you all know that we have made a huge £5,500.00 on the day, and we are still expecting some more sponsorship money to come in!

We would like to thank all our volunteers & stewards who help us every year with the walk, the stalls and the refreshment tent. We really couldn't do it without your support. Thank you all very much.

Big thanks to Molly from 'Truffles Bakery' for donating the gorgeous chocolate flapjacks and rocky road slices. They were absolutely lovely as always. Thank you so much for your support. Follow the link for more info. http://ow.ly/2V8p300haOq

A huge thanks to Nathan from 'Party on the Grass' for donating a fantastic marquee for our refreshments, your support over the past 2 years has been invaluable. Thank you very much. Follow the link for more info. http://ow.ly/mh5b300h9Wc

We would also like to give huge thanks to Georgia & Katy from 'Pinks Vintage Ice Cream' who have supported Snowdrop for many years now. They gave us a huge donation from their sales on the day. Thank you very much girls for your on going support. Follow the link for more info. http://ow.ly/AvYZ300h9Cy

Thank you to Becky Knight and her husband who brought along their burger van to the walk and made their delicious burgers, which went down a storm. They also gave us a big donation from their sales. Thank you both very much.

Lastly we would like to thank Tom and his colleagues from the 'Rapid Relief Team'who came and supported the walk by providing free water to all our walkers on the day. What a lovely bunch of people. We hope to see you all again next year.
